Awesome store and service. I traveled to Ithaca from Auburn to purchase a pair of Spira sneakers. I was a little hesitant after reading the previous review....but to my wonderful surprise I was greeted by the owner, Cindy and treated like family. Purchased the sneakers and after wearing them for a few days realized they were too narrow, so I shipped them to Cindy and went back a week later to a much better fitting sneaker. She had stretched them. Thank you for such wonderful sneakers and even better service. I'll be back. Peggy

Loses points on customer service. The shoe selection is great. The customer service, however, is awful. While not straightout rude, the girls working there on the handful of times I've visited have treated me with indifference. I don't expect to be waited on hand-and-foot, but I also don't want to have to track down salespeople in order to try something on. The shoe repair is pretty good, but for retail, I highly recommend Fontana's in Collegetown.
