Overpriced and poor quality. We paid $17 for the super wash, and when we left, discovered that the sides of the car had dirt streaks and the entire rear end was still dirty. We didn't have time to go back and complain, and they don't seem to have a web site. The car was on Old Elmira Road is much cheaper and does a MUCH better job. Won't go back to Squeaky Clean.

Very rude young worker. I went to Sqeaky Clean on july 7,2009 at 4:10 and pai for a super wash with coupon that my husband had bought me for my birthday. I faithfully go every week to wash my truck . I have been going for the last 5 years up until last week. I had a younger gentleman wait on me and he was very rude. I went threw wash and swung around to let him know that there were still dirt on my windshield and he acted like I was over working him to spray it again, he gave me a snotty look and spoke to me very rudely. I have never been treated like that at sqeaky clean before and no managers were on site. I was so upset that I called my husband and he encouraged me to write to manager but of course no way to do that on this site,they have no email address.Myself and my husband spend over 30.00 dollars a week there and now I am gonna have to think about where I am gonna take our business. Paying $1560.00 a year for a Wash and Wax plus tips ,maybe they will think about hiring someone whom can smile and have better customer skills.Maybe there will be a email address so customers may contact them when there is a problem. -Very disappointed

40% price increase. I just came from the squeaky clean car wash. I pulled up to the man taking the money, handed him $ 10.00 like I had many other times before, and said plus wash please. His response was "that is now $ 14.00." I shook my head in disgust and replied make that a basic wash, which by the way is now $ 9.00. The $ 14.00 price for a plus wash constitutes a 40% increase in the price that I just paid a few short weeks ago. That is a ridiculous price hike. So in closing I would just like to say "NO THANKS, I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I MAY PAY THE SAME PRICE SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT I WONT KNOW THAT JUST A FEW WEEKS AGO THE PRICE WAS 40% LOWER. I CANT GET PAST THAT. I KNOW, AS EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW, THAT THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS AT THAT LOCATION DID NOT JUST INCREASE BY 40% OVERNIGHT. THIS JUST LOOKS LIKE GOUGING TO ME.

For $14, they didn't even bother to rinse my car off!. 1/23/09 @ 1:30 pm. I purchased the "Plus" wash for $14.00. I never really saw any rinsing being done prior to the drying evolution, and I had large amounts of suds on the surfaces I could see when I left (like the windshield wipers and at the bottom of glass surfaces). I inspected the car when I got home, and the rocker panels on both sides, the front bumper area, and the rear of the trunk and rear bumper were not even cleaned of the winter salt. And all over the painted parts of the car, the suds had blown back and dried leaving large streaks. All this for $14.00!!!. My car is a Honda Civic, and I could have done a much better job myself for $6.00 in quarters! And of course, they won't answer their phone. BEWARE!!
