BEST HAIRCUTS IN TOWN.. PERFECT HAIRCUTS EVERY TIME! its so convenient. theres always plenty of parking spots available. i never need to schedule an appointment...i just walk in & theyre open every day day of the week. i feel comfortable going to any of the 5 barbers @ Gene's Barber Stylist & i always leave with an excellent cut. keep up the good work you guys!

no good. I went there when I was in a hurry and didn't like my hair cut. I will never go to this place again. I had to go back home to get it fixed.

WOW!. This Barber shop is IT! Not only did I get a perfect haircut once, but every time I go in I leave happy. All the barbers are great. Friendly, and accommodating. I have been to some other barbers in town. And no offense if your reading this. But GENE'S BARBER STYLIST IS THE PLACE TO GO. The cuts are only $14.00. It's clean and comfortable.

Gene Tobey is an amazing teacher and an incredible businessman and remains a good friend to all of us at the shop. Customer Service has been and will continue to be our main objective. In a world lacking in customer service skills we want people to feel confident that they will get our best. We want you to know that you will always have an excellent experience, an excellent haircut and you will leave wanting to come back for more. I personally stand by this. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..... After alot of failed attempts at getting a decent haircut in ithaca, I finally found Genes Barber shop. Unfotunately for me I am moving to Boston next year. The search starts again! i have alot of friends here so I will use them as an excuse to come back to get my haircut!

BEST HAIRCUTS ANYWHERE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I just found this barber shop a year ago. I have lived all over the country and have paid for bad haircuts my whole life. NOT ANYMORE! GENES BARBER STYLIST IS THE BEST! ALL the barbers are great. they are friendly, they listen to what you want. the place is clean, clean, clean! I have not met the owner yet, but when i do i am going to thank him.

Why did they do this to me?. I only have one ear now. They literally sliced of my left ear. Now I say "Whut?" a lot. I'm getting used to turning my head though.

BETTER THAN BEST!! A TRADITION FOR MOST!. the reviewer that gave genes 3 stars must be the competition. My whole family for generations and my friends familys for generations have gone to Genes Barber Stylist for their haircuts and no one has ever gotten anything but an excellent haircut. Experienced excellent customer service. The new owner Mena Nepa has continued demanding nothing but the best from her barbers as did Gene in his reign. We HIGHLY reccomend Genes for a Mens cut, A childs cut and a womans cut.

Great cuts, reasonable prices, nice people.. I am a 40-year old male who needs just simple clipper and scissors cut, but am usually disappointed with what I get whenever I go anywhere but Gene's. They are all good, but I ask for Kathy...she takes her time and always gives me a super cut.
