Best Cleaners in town. Wyllies has been around for ever, they are a wonderful family owened business. With great customer service and their quality of cleaning and pressing is amazing! I have been going there for 15 plus years!keep up the good work!

Happy I found them. Being new to Ithaca for a while now, I have tried all of the cleaners in the area at least once. The problem I encountered at the other places is that when I would pick up my clothes, they could never be found. I would have to wait for someone to call when my clothes were found, a real inconvenience. I understand mistakes can happen but, the same problem at 4 different places on the first visit ? That's just poor service. I found Wyllie's here on city search and read that they have good reviews and I have been using them for a couple of weeks now. The owner told me that mistakes can and do happen sometimes but I was comforted in the fact that their work is done on site and there are no other stores for things to get taken to by mistake. Definitely a plus that my clothes stay in one place. Glad I found you guy's !

An added touch. I was using another cleaner for a while until one afternoon while I was picking up my clothes I witnessed the most terrible customer service, without provocation I must add. It was that day that I decided I could not support a business that allowed this to happen- who wants to get hassled when trying to spend our hard earned money. I decided to try Wyllie Drycleaning, they have been great. Very fast service and the same gentleman waits on me all the time, he even knows my name! It's that added touch that makes me feel welcome and keeps me going back! I would advise anyone looking for a cleaner to give them a try.

friendly same day service. I found Wyllie's after going to 2 other cleaners who couldnt provide me with same day service on drycleaning my suit and a couple of shirts. In fact the second cleaner I tried told me to go to wyllie's because they would be the only place that could probably do it for me. Right they were and thank you for recommendation because I found my new cleaner. Keep up the great service !!!!
