Just Stay In. I can't speak for the restaurant/cafe, but I would not recommend frequenting Kelly's when it turns into a bar/club on the weekends. It is often too packed to move or dance and too loud to talk to anyone. However, if you're interested in renting it out for a private party it has a great location and good potential for a fun night of dancing.
