Falsely described food. I was feeling sick and looking for a place all over Ithaca for some soup. Mama T's was the only place that had soup on the menu. I called up and spoke with a man who assured me that the soup was homemade after I asked him. On the menu it states that there is New England Clam Chowder, Chicken Rice, Chicken Noodle, and Minestrone. When I asked him what soups there are he did not include chicken noodle on the list. But I asked, do you have chicken noodle? ....oh Yes, we do! (strange...) I do not eat canned soup and regardless, I would not pay $3 per for canned soup I could make for pennies. I ordered 2 chicken noodles and 1 chicken rice. Needless to say, the soup arrived and was clearly canned, with the Campbell's noodles and cubed chicken. I refused to eat it but my boyfriend ate one and confirmed that it was canned and disgustingly salty. I would have rather had ramen and saved some money! I called Mama T's back and they gave me a hard time and refused to admit that it was canned. Ultimately, I was given a $5 credit for the $11 I spent on trash, but I do not intend to ever eat there again. I had problems w/ orders before in Ithaca and never was I given a problem to make good on it until Mama T's.

Unreasonable Wait, Falsely Described Food. At 11:50am I ordered an eggplant wrap hold the cheese (described as grilled eggplant, tomatos, feta, lettuce, and greek dressing). My address is about 4 city blocks from Mama T's. At 1:40pm, I received fried eggplant, one slice of tomato and 3 wilted lettuce leaves wrapped in greasy pizza dough and a diet coke, (not pepsi). Tasted ok, but not the slightly healthy lunch I was going for. Sadly, I remember this place being pretty slammin in my college days...although flat natty ice was ok then too...

WORST pizza in Ithaca. I had pizza from this place, and it was terrible. It was dry, super-thin, and the cheese tasted like the cheese in Goldfish crackers. No joke. Never again.

Best Pizza in Ithaca. This place is great. It has this authentic Italian feel with a kickass soccer theme to it. This place is packed on drinking nights as the number one cure for alcohol p0is0ning is a couple slices of their cheese pizza. Don't cut in line because some subpar college students (IC, TC3) are known to populate collegtown. They have this inferiority complex because of the elite campus nearby. Be sure to tip appropriately as the owner is a loose screw and will not hesistate to pepper some of his pubes onto your pizza.

Disgusting. I ordered a Shrimp Fajita Sub. It was absolutely terrible!! There were about 5 shrimps in a 12 inch sub and they were hard as rocks!! No exaggeration. The taste was also pretty atrosious. I will never ever order from there again!!
