Excellent customer service! I love my new carpet.. Excellent customer service and an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional staff. After having a bad experience with one of the big box stores in town, I visited Warehouse Carpet Outlets and Joe Lynch was amazing--the opposite of the big box store staff. I told him what I was looking for, my timeframe, and my budget, and in no time flat we were picking colors and scheduling the (free!) measure of my home. The measurer was friendly, efficient, and able to answer all of the questions I asked. The installers arrived early and worked very hard all day and did an excellent job. I am very happy with my new carpet! I highly recommend Warehouse Carpet Outlets.
