Never Again!. They lost $500 worth of my clothing. When i called they treated me as if it was my fault.

BEST DRYCLEANER IN ITHACA. BEST DRYCLEANER AROUND!! I HAVE LIVED IN ITHACA ALL MY LIFE AND HAVE TRIED THE OTHER CLEANERS...(SOME OF WHICH iI AM PERSONAL FRIENDS WITH) AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT CORNELL LAUNDRY HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AT THEIR FRONT COUNTER AND IN THEIR OFFICE! THEY TAKE THIER TIME IN LISTENING TO CONCERNS AND IT CLEANING YOUR GARMENTS...HAVE HAD ONLY ONE PROBLEM IN ALL THE YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE AND THAT ENDED UP BEING A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM WITH MY SHIRT...THEY COULD NOT HELP WITH COST OF SHIRT BUT DID GIVE ME A DISCOUNT ON A FUTURE ORDER, WHICH ENSURED THAT I WOULD BE BACK.! HAVE BEEN BACK EVER SINCE...FOR 10 YEARS NOW. LOVE THOSE GIRLS!!

Awful. They also completely ruined my clothing. A sweater that was irreplaceable came back with 10 holes in one of the sleeves. Also, a never worn designer dress came back with a stain right on the front. Haven't contacted them yet but they better pay for both items. Completely terrible.

Horrible experience - this is not ethical place, I must say.... I went to this place due to the previous review.

I regret it much because (1)This shop ruined my $600 dress - all the bijous were worn off, (2) they did not remove the stain on my jeans, which I specifically requested, and did not even care before I checked if it was indeed removed, (3) they lost the belt of my skirt, and MOST OF ALL (4) they did not apologize, their words were rude, short and almost yelling so that I could not even start to complain.

She told me to come back for the jean, and belt, so I did. When I parked my car, there were two police officers inside to pick up their uniforms, I saw her talking to them indicating me, and gossiping. I was shocked. Moreover, they still could remove stain on my jean and did not apologize at all.

Where is the business ethics?, they are totally not professional.

I can not wear my $600 dress ever again, I still don't have my belt for my another skirt. For the jean, I went to different dry cleaning center, they could remove it.

reliable. this store does know what they are doing. So professional. Most of local dry cleaning end up bring items, which they cannot deal with or messed up, to this store, because they have a proper machine and technician.
