Rip off!. They over charged me to repair a clogged bathroom drain! They had to replace one elbow and clear it out of hair and debris.. that was it. They spent less than an hour and charged me almost $300. I will never use them again. Buyers beware!

Expensive and Job Not Well Done. They charged by the job. Beware that some works are not backed up by warranties (like drain, which they charge $200 plus call fee of $57). Beware about their definition of one job, because they will not explain it clearly (I learnt the hard way). Repairing faucet job does not include fee for cutting the wall when needed and patching it up (in the end, your labor tab alone could easily reach over $400). One drain job defined as putting snake into one hole; two hole means two jobs.



In my case, with the drain problem they worked for 20 min (yep, for $200 plus). They would not let me know ahead of time that there was a slight chance that they wouldn't be able to do the job because their snake is not long enough. Sure thing, two days later I noticed that the drain was clogged once more. When I complained, sure, they were happy to come back, but not for free, and they have prepared themselves with arguments why the job was not done the first time around. I wished that they told me ahead of time the definition of one job as well, since now they wanted to lay down two separate jobs for me.



Expensive, expensive, expensive. Of course, if you become their member, costing $116 a year, they say you become their priorities. Funny! When I asked for a redo of the drain job two days later for the unresolved issue, they scheduled to visit a week later, even after I became a member (not to mention that they told me it was not a free redo). At the end, I went with other plumber, withdrew my membership, and lost money for job undone.



Well, I don't mean to foul mouth this well-established business. I just told what happened and chose to not use them since I felt ripped-off, that's all.
