GREAT SERVICE. I went in there last week and got the best service I have ever gotten at any retail store! You can tell just by talking with them that they know their stuff, I went in looking for a power plug for my casio piano, and they set me up with it and explained to me why the volts and polarity matter. Overall i am very happy with that store, and they now have a dedicated customer!

Dont listen to that guy "rlei" he is probably a person who could never be happy no matter what store he went to.

Couldn't be worse. Went in to buy a power adapter, was given the wrong attachment, was told I'd be called when the right attachment came in (they never called), then found out they had the right size attachment all along. By luck I realized they had sold me the wrong kind of adapter (AC-DC to replace an AC-AC power pack), and then they told me they don't sell the right kind. All in all four trips to mall for nothing but frustration. Corporate was apologetic after I filed a complaint, but the store couldn't be bothered. Will never go again.
