Sunday morning we had the huge problem of a clogged line outside our house that prevented any waste from passing through to the tank. I called another company and waited for a call back. After some time passed I called Mark Thomas Septic. He was at our house in 30 minutes ready to tackle our problem. After snaking out the pipe (which was difficult) and emptying our tank, we were all set. Mark was very personable and didn't overcharge (actually gave us a discount, even though it was Sunday morning). Will definitely recommend and use him again.

If you have a septic issue, don't waste time, just call Mark. Mark came highly recommended from our realtor when we bought our house 3 years ago. After several stints with a septic backup I called Mark and asked for help. He provided me with information on how the system runs and what the potential issues could be, after trouble shooting, Mark pumped my tank and worked diligently to remedy the drain issue. In Mark's words he is 'persistent' and wouldn't leave until he made it all work correctly. When it came time to settle the bill, there were NO suprises. What he quoted was the price, and for the work he did it was very fairly priced. I have Mark's card on my fridge now, and will call him if I ever need to again.

Much better than those other guys.. Was referred to Mark Thomas by our landscaping guy. Mark is fantastic, honest and has no hidden agenda. I called on a Friday and got an appointment to pump out our tank the very next day. Prices are better, service is the best and I will only use this company in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know. Also, need a pump fixed? Call Mark and Luke can fix that broken pump for you instead of buying a new one. Great company who really cares about how they treat their customers.

Don't WAIT. Don't wait until you have a problem with your septic to get a pump out! 250 dollars every 3-5 years is MUCH better than having your yard torn up to replace your leach field or sand filter to the tune of tousands!

Called Mark Thomas, got an appointment right away since we grouped jobs having a backhoe on site for hydrant work-sure beat digging up that cover by hand! Mr. Thomas fit us right in, and before the rain made the yard too soft for the truck. THANKS Mark for the FAIR AND HONEST service-highly recommend.
