BEST HAIRCUT, BEST HAIRDRESSER, HIDDEN GEM. I just created an account to write a review for Nalyn because she is that amazing! This is the first time I've dared get a haircut in Ithaca and I went to Gia's Elite Style because of all the great ratings here.

What I wanted was kind of pricey so I got a haircut and it turned out wonderful! I've been getting lots of compliments thanks to Kalyn and I'm definitely going to go back for more goodies! If you're in Ithaca and want an awesome haircut, Nalyn is the person for you. She's a perfectionist, she's confident and she can totally back it up.

Best Haircut Anywhere. Nalyn's cutting and styling skills would rock In NYC or LA. To find them in Ithaca is nothing short of a miracle. I've lived and worked all over the United States, and there is no one I would trust as I trust Nalyn. The thing that is so amazing is that she takes her time and does it right because she LOVES to cut and style hair. She takes a great deal of pleasure and pride in giving you the best haircut possible, and it shows!

Best Stylist in Ithaca. Nalyn is the best hair stylist Ive ever been to. At first her confidence made me a little wary but this is the third haircut I've received from her and Im extremely happy with the results. Not only does she know how to cut hair she knows whats best for each person. She is careful, takes her time, and is genuinely trying to give you the best haircut she can. And she is genuinely good at it. She is by far the best hair stylist in Ithaca. If you want to look amazing and enjoy the experience go to Gia's Elite Style.

Let's talk about the clothing.. This shop is an absolute gem! Brand name clothing for super cheap prices -- perfect for broke college students like myself. :)

Nalyn is also quite helpful and personable, and she made the shopping experience entertaining.

I highly recommend Gia's Elite Style.

Just got my eyebrows and hair done.. Just got my eyebrows and hair done. They both look fantastic. Nalyn took a long time getting everything just right, and the end result was amazing. i had screwed up my eyebrows trying to do them myself, and she fixed them and now they look great!! She is a pro and worth every penny.

Phenomenal!. If you're in search of an amazing place to get your hair cut...look no further. Nalyn is amazing! I live in Corning, NY and there is no one in the area I trust to cut my hair. Believe me, I've gone to my fair share of chop shops only to end up with lopsided hair. She knows exactly what I want and takes her time to make sure it looks perfect. I threw something new and funky at her for my last hair cut, she did an AWESOME job. I receive numerous compliments every hair cut. Well worth the travel time. I'll never let anyone else cut my hair.

Fabulous cuts!!. After trying two other salons in Ithaca and being very disappointed with the results, a friend recommended going to see Nalyn. She was able to see me right away, and gave me the best cut I've had in years! Definitely well worth the price of a cut. I've got long hair, and she has given me two great cuts now that keeps it long and puts beautiful layers in it. I would highly, highly recommend her!

Best Stylist in Ithaca. As a Cornell undergrad alum and a Cornell grad student, I have been in Ithaca for seven years, and it has taken me the entire seven years to FINALLY find someone that knows how to cut hair!! Nalyn is without a doubt the best and most talented hairstylist in Ithaca, and I can say this without a doubt in my mind after trying several other salons and always leaving disappointed.

I found Nalyn after a particularly terrible experience at a “fancy” new salon close to campus. No one has ever cut my long-layered hair style in less than 45-60 minutes, so after a 20 minute cut at this “fancy” salon, I left unhappy once again and even returned to the stylist that day with a picture in hand of the last good hair cut I had gotten, yet I left near tears. After wasting $55 and most of my day, I decided I had to find someone else. I read a few wonderful reviews about Nalyn, which were only confirmed when I talked to her on the phone told me to head over right then. She spent about a full hour fixing my hair and creating beautiful long layers that everyone has complimented me on. I haven’t been to another stylist since then and even brought my boyfriend in for a cut which no other stylist has been able to come close to.

I really cannot say enough good things about Nalyn, except that if you are looking for an amazing hair cut in Ithaca, head on over to Nalyn!!

Nalyn is a genius!. My husband went to Nalyn when I got tired of cutting his hair and she did an incredible job - on very difficult hair. My daughter went in and got beautiful, long layers. I went in and got amazing layers that have held up really well. I was a hairdresser and have been cutting my family's hair for twenty years because we had never found anyone we really liked. Nalyn is amazing and we won't be going anywhere else.

Nalyn is awesome!. Update: I went in today 3/23/12 for an eyebrow wax and got to talking with Nalyn about my hair and my issues with it looking bland and not emphasizing the natural curl, she looked and it and told me what she would do to it, I immediately asked if she had time now and she did so she got to snipping. She gave me a precision cut and it looks amazing! It brought out the curls that I love and haven't seen in a long time while not taking off on the length (she knows I'm growing it out). I already got a compliment from 2 coworkers and told them exactly where I got it done at Gias! Nalyn is truly amazing, she cares about her customers and isn't afraid to voice her opinion which I appreciate always because I am not a stylist and need guidance! I HIGHLY recommend Gia's Elite Style to anyone who wants an amazing custom cut, wax, eyebrow tint, her prices are great and so is she! I'm now 100% going to Nalyn for all my haircare needs!

I have gone to Nalyn twice to wax my eyebrows and both times she has done an amazing job. She really takes her time and works hard to make them look great. She told me at my last wax about eyelash tinting and after an online search I realized I wanted it. I went yesterday and it was quick, easy and pain-free. My eyelashes look awesome and I don't have to wear mascara at all for 4-6 weeks! I will be going back to her to continue getting my eyebrows and eyelashes done! I highly recommend going to see Nalyn ASAP!
