Garcia's Mexican restaurant AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I took the family to Garcia's Mexican restaurant in Ithaca yesterday and it was horrible. The service was slow, lazy, unfriendly and pathetic! The place was dirty, smelly, the food was terrible, and the water tasted like they just drained it from a swimming pool, even adding green food coloring to the margarita??? I guess it was like being in Mexico, without the drug runners and gunmen. I will never go there again.
