worst hostess ever. The service of the manager and waiters was good, but the hostess was awful. We called in ahead of time and she told us it would possibly be a few minute wait, but no longer. When we arrived at the restaurant, she told us a 20 minute wait. Over an hour later, we were finally seated. She clearly had no idea what she was doing and making us wait over an hour when she originally told us a few minutes was completely unacceptable.

Other than that, in terms of the food, decor, etc., Chili's is Chili's anywhere you go.
