not friendly.
This place needs to change their work climate. Some of employees and even the sales manager himself does not have appropriate manners. Some of the employees and one of the manager there are serprisingly rude and offensive.
My recommendation is before you go there, make sure you know what you are looking for and never go by there words, also do not buy any service plan there, they don't care at all after you buy the service program. They totally change their words.
Before you buy the program, they will say if there is any problem, they will replance with the new one, but onece you bought the service plan, they say I have to bring in and it will take a few days to a few weeks, and they do not know how long it will take, and they will try to fix it, and they insist that is what the service plan is.
If it takes more than a week, and they still don't know how long it will take to fix it. where is the point to buy a service plan? just not worth it. Plus I didn't like the employees here who insistingly pushed me to buy the program.
This place is not pleasant.

horrible service. many of them are rude to customers especially the sales manager, he is horrible...he does not work for the customer and not for the store...speechless. I just can not understand how he could still work there.
